What We Offer

Teaching in YWAM DTS
Teaching in an overseas YWAM DTS

YWAM’s training programs aim to equip Christians to serve others in every sphere of society. YWAM’s foundational course, which serves as the prerequisite for all other training programs, is called the Discipleship Training School (DTS). All other courses apart from the DTS are secondary courses. Most YWAM courses can be combined into degree programs through YWAM’s University of the Nations.

YWAM courses, often called “schools,” combine theory with practical application. They usually last between three and nine months. For many YWAM students, the intensive learning combined with community living makes for a transformational experience. YWAM students come from all over the world.

School of Worship (SOW)

The School of Worship (SOW) is a five-month course that  trains worship leaders and musicians to know what worship is and how they can use their giftings to serve the body of Christ.

Having earned a Bachelor's from the University of the Nations, I can say it was an experience like no other. My four years with the program brought me through 13 countries where I was constantly challenged to adapt to different cultures. This has exponentially broadened my worldview and given me God's heart for the nations.
